terms of service
lnvglucd is a private, membership-based service providing curated experiences and, in some cases, physical goods. membership is limited, granting monthly access to recurring services as described at the time of acceptance.
lvnglucd reserves the right to modify or update the contents of the service at any time without obligation to provide identical items or experiences in the future.
privacy
personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the lvnglucd privacy policy. your information is never stored on personal or private servers. lvnglucd will never sell your data to third parties.
cancellation/REFUND
due to the private and curated nature of lvnglucd services all memberships are final for the current billing period. cancellations will be applied to the next billing period. AS WELL, ALL PRINT SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
payment/billing
membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis otherwise stated. by completing payment, you authorize Lvnglucd to charge the selected payment method for all application fees.
prices may change at any time. continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
shipping/delivery
delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, availability, and external factors. lvnglucd is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
risk of loss transfers to the member upon shipment.
liability/limitations
all products and services are provided "as is". lvnglucd makes no medical, therapeutic, or health claims. members use all items at their own discretion.
lvnglucd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of service.
intellectual property
all content, branding, materials, designs, and concepts associated with lvnglucd remain the exclusive intellectual property of lvnglucd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
governing law
these terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of kentucky/florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
